Get ready for an unforgettable white water rafting experience at Lee Valley White Water Centre! This venue, which was used for the London 2012 Olympics, boasts an Olympic-standard white water course that is open to everyone. As you dip and drop into the speeding white waters, prepare for an exhilarating rollercoaster ride of splashes at Lee Valley! First of all, you'll be provided with a wetsuit, wet boots, and a buoyancy aid to keep you warm on the rapids of Hertfordshire. You'll receive a comprehensive safety briefing on dry land, setting the stage for your experience. After that, you'll perform essential safety tests with experienced white water guides before taking on the rapids. The course is carefully designed with a blend of eddies, boulders, and rapids that will challenge your balance and send sprays of water your way. Your mission is to deftly steer your raft to the end of the 160m-long route. It's a fast-paced, exhilarating ride that is sure to be a ton of fun. Even those who aren't participating can enjoy the action-packed course from The Terrace Bar & Café, which offers a vibrant atmosphere and great views.

- All participants must be over the age of 12
- Under 18s must have a parental consent form signed by their legal parent/guardian

- Rafting experiences operate between April and October
- Dates and session times are subject to availability

- There are onsite food outlets where food and refreshments can be purchased with great views of the course
- On site kids play area and the beautiful nearby River Lee Country Park
- Golf, fishing and other pay on the day & free activities are available to enjoy, subject to availability
- Spectators are welcome to come along and watch the action
