Experience the thrill of riding a Segway through the beautiful Devonshire countryside near Exeter! The 2000-acre Escot estate, located just north of Ottery Saint Mary, is the perfect place to ride and glide on these amazing personal transporters. At first glance, a Segway may seem intimidating, but once you get the hang of it, you'll be hooked! The Exeter team has set up a Segway test area to help you get comfortable with the controls and understand how these clever machines work. Once you've mastered the test circuit, you're ready for an adventure! All safaris are guided and led by experienced instructors, so you can relax and enjoy the ride. Explore smooth tarmac paths and bumpy woodland trails, and zoom through open fields or zigzag through trees for an exhilarating experience. Choose from three different Segway sessions in Exeter for 90 minutes, and discover more of the beautiful Devonshire countryside with each ride. Longer tours will take you along the River Tale towpath, under the A30, and past the lovely St Philips & St James' church, which used to be part of the Escot estate. But the fun doesn't stop there! For even more excitement, compete with your friends in a Segway race game.
