Join the expert team at Staffordshire who have been conducting Microlight Flying Lessons here since the 1970s! Nestled in the heart of the West Midlands in a quaint village called Fisherwick, it's safe to say the views you get flying out of this airfield are incredibly picturesque. During your 60 minute flight, you'll be treated to rolling countryside hills and endless countryside. But it's not all about the scenery! This is a lesson after all, and after being shown the controls and your instructor handling take off, it will fall to you to master the controls and fly your way through the skies. Due to its out of the way location, you'll soon find there's very little air traffic around which means you don't have to worry about tricky navigation. You also get the added choice of whether you fly a fixed wing microlight - meaning you're closed off to the natural elements, or a flex wing which has an open cockpit where there's no hiding from the unpredictable British weather! Whatever you choose, rest assured Microlights are one of the best aircrafts to learn in as they are easy to control and handle, making them perfect for learners! So what are you waiting for?
