On arrival at the marina you will receive a full safety briefing and introduction to the boat, before getting changed in to your safety gear. Then it's out onto the water! The Honda Formula 4-Stroke championship (HF4S) is the largest, most exciting offshore powerboat series in the world. Feel the speed and grace of this highly responsive racing machine. During this experience the Driver (usually a current or past powerboat racer) heads into the Solent to show what the boat can do. Your one and half hours on board includes approximately 15 minutes of hands-on driving and tuition. You will also have the opportunity to test your skills on an offshore racing circuit. The boat operates within Southampton Water and extends into the Solent, so make sure you bring a disposable camera! The boat is soft riding and the seating comfortable - be prepared for the ride of your life!

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. This voucher may be used on selected weekdays only - experiences usually run on Mondays and Fridays. Each participant will be given 10-15 minutes driving time. There will be up to 4 people in the boat, as well as the driver. Minimum age is 12 years, but under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum weight is 18 stone. This experience is unsuitable for those who are pregnant or who suffer from a back, neck or heart complaint. Disabled people can be accommodated but please mention this to the supplier when booking. You are advised to bring a towel, spare clothes, soft shoes, goggles or sunglasses. The supplier will provide waterproof lifejackets. The experience lasts for around two hours in total including briefings. All dates are subject to availability. This voucher cannot be extended.
