This one-hour experience really is an incredible activity like no other think trampolining, but on huge bouncy nets and hidden underground in an enormous 176-year old disused cavern in rural Wales! You will need to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled booking time to allow enough time for registration and kit up before taking the old mining train underground, where you disembark into the belly of the cavern - nestled 100 feet below the surface of the Earth. Youll then be able to bounce, climb and slide to your hearts content for one hour! There are trampoline like nets hung within two vast chambers at different levels, the highest being 180 feet up from the bottom of the cavern, linked together by walkways and slides.
