When can you go?
This experience runs from the beginning of April to the end of September each year.
Important information
This experience involves G forces similar to a fairground ride as such it is not recommended for the elderly or infirm.
This activity is absolutely not suitable for anyone suffering from high blood pressure, any heart condition or epilepsy. Do not Sphere if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, have any back or neck problems or have had an operation within the past twelve months. Do not Sphere if you are undergoing any medical treatment or have any other condition that may be affected by participating in such an activity.
There is no age restriction at the Crewe, Newcastle, Newquay and Stevenage locations, but there is a 1.3m height restriction. Maximum weight is 18 stone for men and 14 stone for women. Maximum height is 2.20m. Minimum age at the Scotland location is 18, or 16 if accompanied in the sphere by a parent or guardian.

You and your partner or victim are strapped facing each other inside the ball, then get ready to tear off down the side of the track or hill, on your shpering adventure, bouncing and rolling your way to the finish at speed of up to 30mph.
This could be one of the best experiences ever invented, hysterical laughter and screams as you fly down the hill and quite possible a slight dizzy spell after your adventure in the sphere comes to an end. Also known as 'Zorbing' or 'Aquasphere'
- On arrival you will be strapped into the Sphere for your ride
- The two of you will share the Sphere and will have one roll down the hill
